In her new role, Goodwin will focus on developing effective marketing campaigns, enhancing visitor experiences, and collaborating with local businesses and organizations to promote the rich culture, history, events, and natural beauty of Daviess County. She is committed to building a strong tourism economy that supports the community and enhances the quality of life for residents.
Marilyn McCullough
President
Marilyn is a life long resident of Daviess County. She is an insurance agent, member of the County Council and enjoys serving the community.

Treasurer
Lori is the Manager of Holiday Inn Express based in Washington, Indiana. Her role involves overseeing operations and ensuring quality service within the hospitality sector.

Nathan Rihm
West Boggs Park
Nathan serves as superintendent of the Daviess / Martin County Joint Parks Department. Nathan grew up in Jasper, IN and is an alumni of Indiana State University.

Mayor Dave Rhoads
City of Washington
Dave is the Mayor of Washington, Indiana, bringing decades of public service experience to his role. Before his election as mayor, Rhoads dedicated 27 years to the city's Fire Department, including 12 years as Fire Chief. His long-standing commitment to public safety and community well-being laid the foundation for his transition into city leadership.

Kip Kelley
Washington Parks & Recreation
Kip is a proud, life-long resident of Daviess County, where he has dedicated his time to serving our community through the Washington Parks and Recreation department, the Daviess County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and R.S.V.P. For Kip, being a part of the heartbeat of Daviess County is both an honor and a passion.

Zax Creamery
Zach is the founder and owner of Zax Creamery & Coffee in Montgomery, Indiana, where he creates small-batch ice cream with a focus on quality and creativity. Since opening in 2018, he has grown the business into a nationally recognized, community-centered destination.
